For those clubs working towards you Tennis Clubmark accreditation you will be aware that there are a number of workshops you will need to have attended in order to complete your file.

The two courses are A CLUB FOR ALL and EQUITY IN YOUR COACHING.

To ensure all club members can benefit from British Tennis Membership, it has been decided to extend free British Tennis Membership to all members of affiliated clubs until at least 2012!

British Tennis Membership is an individual membership scheme for adults and juniors who play or have an interest in British tennis. People who sign up to the scheme receive individual benefits and become part of the British tennis family. Benefits include entry into their club's ballot for tickets from 2009; an LTA player rating; the opportunity to access additional packages including other world class tennis events and a TeamCard loyalty card that lets British Tennis Members earn points when they shop with TeamCard's partner retailers.

The Junior Lawn Tennis Championships of Middlesex is this year once again being held at Queens Club from Monday 25 August to Saturday 30 August 2008.

The changes underway in British Tennis will lead to more opportunties for juniors to compete and get more out of the game. In order for the sport to continue to grow and to get more of our juniors onto the winning pathway we need your help! We need more keen volunteers to become competition organizers.
